Program notes
Give your team a clearer place to start
A simple way to organize the people and information behind your program.
When a team shares a workspace, a few clear starting points can make everyday administration easier to navigate.
Agree on who maintains each kind of information
Decide who looks after program setup, student and guardian records, admissions, and billing. Responsibilities may overlap in a small team. What matters is knowing where a question should go.
Use the same names for the same places
A consistent name for each site, classroom, and group helps people recognize the right record. Before entering information, agree on the names your team actually uses.
Walk through one real task together
Choose a task your team already understands. Review the relevant records together and check who should be able to see or change them. A missing permission is a question for an administrator, rather than a reason to share a sign-in.
Keep guidance close
Bookmark the help center and share links to individual guides. A direct link to the right topic is easier to use than a long message explaining how to find it.
